Update on Water Billing

BridgePay Network Solutions is currently experiencing a widespread outage due to a ransomware attack that began on February 6, 2026.

The attack has disrupted card processing for merchants nationwide, forcing many to revert to cash-only transactions.

Initial forensic analysis indicates that no payment card data was compromised, and any files accessed were encrypted.

BridgePay is actively working with federal authorities and cybersecurity specialists to investigate the incident and restore services, but there is currently no estimated timeline for full restoration.

The District will continue to communicate with Argyle Water Supply Corporation to determine when card payments will be restored.
