Traffic and Safety Matters
The Board discussed the placement and necessity of stop signs on Parkside Drive. The Board concluded that further action or study is necessary to ensure appropriate traffic flow and safety in the area.
Consent Agenda
The Board reviewed and acted upon several routine items grouped within the consent agenda. The following items were approved:
The minutes from the June 10, 2026, Board of Supervisors meeting.
Review of the tax collections report.
Review of the developer's residential report, which includes the current status of lot development and home sales.
Review of the patrol activity report provided by All-American Dogs, Inc.
Financial and Bookkeeping
The Board examined the District's financial and bookkeeping matters. This included a review of the Bookkeeper’s Report and the authorization of payment for outstanding bills.
Special Action Items
The Board examined several critical administrative and compliance-related items:
Compliance and Disclosure: The Board discussed and acted upon an Order Adopting Procedures for Post-Issuance Compliance. The Board also conducted its annual review of procedures for Continuing Disclosure Compliance and approved the Annual Report for filing.
